Delete your Match Drop account

Match Drop by Peakmigo

You can delete your Match Drop account and the data linked to it at any time, with or without the game installed.

DELETE IN THE GAME (FASTEST)

Open Match Drop and tap your profile picture on the Home screen.
Tap Delete Account, then Delete.
Your account is deleted 7 days later. Changed your mind? Open the game during those 7 days and tap Keep Account.

Fill in the form below. To help us find your account, give at least one of these:

your Player ID (MD-XXXXXXX), shown on your Profile and in Settings;
the Google Play order number of a purchase you made in Match Drop (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play receipt email);
your player name as shown on the leaderboards.

We reply by email within 7 days. Once we find your account, we schedule it for deletion, and it is deleted 7 days later.

If you open the game during that time, you'll see a notice and can tap Keep Account to cancel.

If we can't match your details to an account, we'll tell you what else to send.

The game on your phone clears its saved data the next time you open it.

Purchase records (order number, item, date and store), with your account details removed. We keep them so the same receipt can't be used twice, and for refunds and accounting.
Records of rule violations found on the account, such as cheating on the leaderboards. We keep them to prevent fraud and protect fair play. They hold no profile data.
Usage analytics and crash reports. These are linked to a random ID, not to your name or email, and are deleted automatically: crash reports after 90 days, analytics after 14 months.

Deleting your account doesn't refund purchases. Remove Ads comes back automatically on the same Google account.

Coins and boosters you bought are deleted with your account.
