PEAKMIGO GLOBAL · LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy covers mobile games, websites and related services offered under the Peakmigo Global brand (the Services). In this policy, Peakmigo Global, we, us and our refer to the team operating these Services. Features and data practices vary by game, platform, version, region and age group; a feature described here is not necessarily present in every game.
1. Accounts and data deletion
Account features vary by game. Where supported, you can request account deletion through the game settings or the game-specific deletion page linked from our game library. Each game's deletion page explains the steps, timeframes and data that may be retained. If no deletion option is available, contact peakmigoglobal@gmail.com and identify the game and platform.
Where our web deletion form is available, it collects your email address, account identifiers and request details. We use these to confirm your email, verify account ownership and handle your request. Request records submitted through this form are retained for 2 years. Email confirmation alone does not establish ownership of a game account.
2. Support messages
When direct support sending is enabled, the form collects your reply email, game name, selected topic and message. Resend delivers that message to our support mailbox at peakmigoglobal@gmail.com. Cloudflare Turnstile processes the security signals needed to check for automated abuse. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or accept attachments.
Provide only information needed for your request. A parent or guardian should help a child contact support. Support correspondence may be kept while the request is handled and for necessary follow-up or legal obligations; contact us about access or deletion.
3. Scope and contact
You can contact us about privacy or a child's information at peakmigoglobal@gmail.com. Please identify the game and platform concerned so we can investigate the correct service. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or unnecessary information about a child.
Account features vary by game. Some games support player sign-in and account deletion. Playing without a login does not mean that no data is processed: devices, app stores and third-party SDKs may still process information. If account features are introduced, the relevant notices and deletion options must be updated before those features launch.
4. Information processed through the Services
Depending on the game and its enabled features, information may include:
- Support information: your email address, message, information you choose to provide and diagnostic attachments you send when seeking help.
- Technical and diagnostic information: IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate region inferred from IP address, crash reports and performance events.
- Gameplay and usage information: game progress, settings, sessions, feature interactions and advertising impressions or interactions. Progress may be stored on the device or processed through an enabled service.
- Advertising and app-instance identifiers, where permitted for the user's age, region, platform permissions and consent choices. These identifiers must not be treated as anonymous merely because they do not contain a name.
- Purchase information supplied by the store, such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers or tokens, purchase status and subscription entitlement. Apple or Google handles payment details under its own policies.
- Age information or an age band, if the particular game asks for it. Some games have an age screen and others do not.
This notice does not mean that every game collects every category above. In-game notices and store privacy disclosures must describe the data actually processed by that game and its SDKs.
5. Why information is used
Information may be used to deliver gameplay and save enabled preferences or progress; diagnose crashes and improve performance; answer support requests; verify purchases and subscription access; prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents; and meet legal obligations.
Games with advertising or analytics may also process information to display and measure ads or understand how features are used, subject to the additional protections for children and applicable consent requirements. Permission to play is not, by itself, consent to tracking or personalized advertising.
6. Children and parents
Some Peakmigo Global games are intended for audiences that include children under 13. A store content rating describes content suitability; it does not establish a child's consent to data processing. The applicable age of a child and parental-consent requirements can vary by country.
Where a game asks for age, the answer is used to determine the appropriate experience and data choices. Where age is not established, the absence of an age answer must not be interpreted as proof that a player is an adult.
For child-directed experiences, processing must be limited to what applicable law and platform rules allow. Children and users of unknown age must not receive interest-based advertising or remarketing where prohibited. On Google Play, ads served to those users must use eligible Families Self-Certified Ads SDK versions. A mixed-audience game with ads must also satisfy Google's age-screening requirements.
Where collection, use or disclosure of a child's personal information requires verifiable parental consent, that processing requires the appropriate parental notice and consent before it begins, unless a specific legal exception applies. An age screen, parental gate, device permission or acceptance of these terms is not a substitute for that consent.
Parents or guardians can email us to request information about their child's data, access or deletion, or to stop further collection where applicable. We may need proportionate verification of parental authority and enough information to locate the relevant records. If you believe a game or SDK collected a child's data improperly, include the game name, platform and a description of the concern.
7. Advertising, analytics and other recipients
Depending on the game, service providers may supply advertising or mediation, analytics, diagnostics, hosting, security and customer support. App stores process purchases and subscriptions. Data may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notices.
The SDKs enabled in one game may differ from those in another. A provider's separate privacy policy does not remove our responsibility for its integration. Where named operators or recipients must be disclosed, including operators collecting children's personal information under COPPA, those operators and the required contact details must be identified in the applicable notice. Category descriptions alone do not replace those disclosures.
On supported versions of iOS, tracking that requires App Tracking Transparency permission requires that permission before tracking begins. On either platform, device controls alone do not replace consent or other protections required by law. Non-personalized ads may still involve data processing.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the store where you buy them. We may receive purchase records needed to deliver an item, confirm entitlement, restore eligible purchases or investigate a billing problem. We do not ask you to send us full card details.
Uninstalling a game or requesting deletion of data does not cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it through the Apple or Google account used to subscribe. See our Terms of Use for purchase and subscription information.
9. Local storage and website technologies
Games may store progress and preferences on your device. Removing an app or clearing its storage may remove local progress; it does not necessarily delete records held by a store or service provider.
Website hosting and delivery providers may process request information such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure the site. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added to the website, their use must be disclosed and consent obtained where required. Game SDKs and website cookies are separate technologies and may have different controls.
10. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the data and purpose: local progress remains subject to app and device storage controls; support records are needed to resolve and follow up on requests; transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Analytics, advertising and diagnostic data are also subject to the settings and retention terms of the enabled providers.
Data should not be retained longer than necessary for its stated purpose or applicable legal obligations. Children's personal information must not be retained indefinitely and requires a defined retention and deletion policy. Contact us to request deletion or information about the retention applicable to a particular game. Where deletion is required, it may involve deletion or appropriate de-identification; any legally necessary retained records must have a limited purpose.
11. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete data; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; and complain to a data protection authority. Some jurisdictions also provide rights concerning sale, sharing or targeted advertising. The applicability of these rights depends on the actual processing and legal requirements.
Email peakmigoglobal@gmail.com with the game name, platform and your request. We may ask for limited information to verify your request and locate data without collecting unnecessary personal information. Requests are subject to applicable deadlines and lawful exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
Use the game's privacy settings where available and your device's app permissions and advertising controls. If a game provides a consent-management screen, you can use it to review available choices. Turning off tracking or deleting an advertising identifier does not automatically delete existing records.
12. Legal bases, international processing and security
Where a legal basis is required, it must correspond to the purpose: providing a requested service, compliance with a legal obligation, a legitimate interest where permitted and balanced against individual rights, or consent where required. Children's interests and any stricter consent requirements take priority over a general statement of legitimate interests.
Providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguards, those must be in place. We do not identify a particular server country or claim a certification without confirming it for the relevant service.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are necessary to protect information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you suspect a security or privacy incident.
13. Changes to this policy
Changes will be reflected in the date shown on this page. Material changes require appropriate notice and any new consent required by law before the affected processing begins. A future feature described in an updated policy does not authorize collection before the necessary disclosures, permissions and protections are implemented.
